Workshops
A Total of 15 attendees enjoyed the financial and college major exploration workshops produced by the D10 YLC.
AVCA Events
Our D10YLC volunteers were able to aide the members of Almaden Valley Community Association (AVCA) in multiple events. The events included the Mayor's Budget Message, City Council Candidates, and County Supervisor Forums.
Policies
The policy department of D10YLC worked to produce 2 new policies of Poverty and Transportation that will be requested to the City of San Jose.
The technology sector of D10YLC runs an instagram account that will be updated with upcoming events, new policies, etc.
ALmaden lake park
The D10YlC worked together to adopt Almaden Lake Park to take care of and provide volunteering opportunities for the youth of San Jose.
Budget summit
Members of the D10YLC participated in the budget summit to create presentations about recommendations for improving educational resources that the city offers.
