Who are we?

 

The District 10 Youth Leadership Coalition, or D10YLC, is a group of civically engaged middle and high school students residing, working, or going to school in San Jose's District 10 (Almaden, Blossom Valley, and Santa Teresa/Bernal) convened by the Office of Councilmember Arjun Batra. Members of the D10YLC will engage with other youth in local government and politics, interact with the San Jose Youth Commission, work with community organization board members such as the AVCA, and more.

Group members are expected to work on action items between meetings, with time commitments varying based on the month (average time per week is around 3-5 hours).
