The District 10 Youth Leadership Coalition, or D10YLC, is a group of civically engaged high school students residing, working, or going to school in San Jose's District 10 (Almaden, Blossom Valley, and Vista Park) convened by the Office of Councilmember Matt Mahan. Members of the D10YLC will advise Councilmember Mahan on city policy, engage youth in local government and politics, interact with the San Jose Youth Commission, work with community organization board members, and more.

Please fill out the form below to indicate your interest in joining the D10YLC. The group will meet once a week, and group members are expected to work on action items in between meetings. Members can expect these tasks to take 1-2 hours in between each meeting.
